May 2008 Graduates - Mark your calendars for
March 5, 2008!
The Grad Finale is a one stop spot for graduating students. Here, you will have the opportunity to interface with different offices, ask questions and finalize last minute obligations before Commencement. The students will be able to purchase their caps and gowns, hoods, diploma covers, class rings, diploma frames, commencement announcements, thank you notes and other gift items relating to Commencement. Official graduation photos will also be taken during this event.
Free Food & Prizes!
There will be food, great music and door prizes. Door prizes will be drawn through out the day. Students are only eligible to be in the prize drawing if they attend the Grad Finale and submit a card validated by each representative’s table they attend.
The following offices will have representatives to answer questions and provide information to graduating students:
The Office of the Registrar will answer questions regarding completion of degree requirements, honors, diplomas and transcripts. During this event, the Office of the Registrar will check your eligibility for graduation. They will be able to answer questions or concerns that you may have regarding your graduation.
The Financial Aid Office will answer questions regarding financial concerns such as student loan repayments and schedule an exit counseling session.
The Finance Office will have your student account information available and will answer any questions regarding balance concerns.
Career Services Office will answer questions about job search assistance including resume referrals and interview opportunities.
Alumni Relations Office will welcome you as a USCA alumnus.
The Graduate School will be available to assist in information about USCA’s graduate programs and how to enroll in them.
